Hailir R&D Center was recognized as a national-level enterprise technology center in 2010. It is one of only six national-level enterprise technology centers in my country's pesticide industry, and it is also the only national-level pesticide enterprise technology center in northern of China. The center was successively recognized as the Key Laboratory of Pesticide Research and Development of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Postdoctoral Research Station, and the National and Local Joint Technology Center for Marine Biological Pesticides in 2013. In 2016, it was recognized as an academician expert workstation. Relying on the outstanding strength of Hailir R&D Center, the group was included in the "Fourth National Innovative" Enterprise Pilot in 2010. In the same year, it was awarded the "National Torch Program Key High-tech Enterprise" and became the first batch of 20 National Torch Programs in Qingdao. One of the key high-tech enterprises.

       The R&D center is committed to the development of environmentally friendly, high-efficiency, and low-toxic new pesticide products. The center has several departments such as synthesis laboratory, formulation laboratory, analysis room, bioassay department, and domestic registration department. The research and development center covers an area of 2046 square meters and has Agilent 130 sets (sets) of advanced R&D equipment such as GC-MS, Agilent liquid chromatograph, Agilent gas chromatograph, Malvern laser particle size analyzer, Bolifei viscometer, WAB horizontal closed sand mill, etc., It provides a good infrastructure guarantee for technological innovation.

       In terms of scientific research, the Hailir R&D Center gives full play to the passion and research spirit of young employees to start a business. The center has undertaken one National 863 Program Project, one National Twelfth Five-Year Science and Technology Support Program Project, and National Spark Key Program Project 3. Projects, 1 National Torch Program Project, 1 Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau Joint Fund Project; Won 1 Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, 1 Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Shandong Province, and 1st Prize for Technological Progress of Shandong Petrochemical Society 1 item, 2 second prizes of Qingdao Science and Technology Progress Award; has applied for more than 700 invention patents, 110 of which have been authorized; participated in the formulation of 30 national standards.
