      At 4 : 30 p.m.on the same day, Academician Song arrived at Teng Runxiang Detection and Evaluation Center first, visited and carefully understood the layout of the detection center and the work and achievements in analysis, testing and pesticide efficacy research. Teng Runxiang 's standardized inspection and analysis process, advanced and precise detection and analysis instruments, and rigorous and scientific experimental analysis and detection methods left a deep impression on Academician Song.

       Subsequently, in the exhibition hall of the group 's headquarters, academician Song fully understood the group 's development process, production base layout, management, corporate culture, product and technology innovation, development strategy and future development planning, and gave full recognition to the group 's development.

      In the R & D center, Academician Song visited each department one by one. As an expert in pesticide science, he also had a detailed exchange of on-site laboratory personnel on professional and technical issues in each department, and gave professional guidance on the solutions to the problems found on the site. On-site staff said that they had benefited a lot. At the same time, academician Song also asked in detail the graduation colleges, majors, working years and work gains of the experimental personnel on the spot, and expressed high praise for their achievements and contributions in Hailir.

       In the preparation institute, through the differentiated demonstration of Hailir 's products, Academician Song frequently praised Hailir 's excellent product effects, and praised the skilled demonstration operation of the on-site personnel and the detailed explanation of the products like several treasures. He used " craftsmen " to describe Hailir 's R & D personnel 's professional focus on products, which fully reflected his high evaluation of Hailir 's R & D talents and achievements.

       In the Institute of Environmental Protection and the Institute of New Technology, I saw the complete and fine experimental equipment on the site is working. Academician Song said while giving professional guidance : ' You are amazing ! All around the results of large-scale production to carry out experiments, will make a great contribution to the production and chemical process optimization ! The chairman of the board expressed his sincere thanks for the guidance and such a high degree of evaluation of the R & D center given by academician Song, and called on the R & D directors of Hailir to listen carefully to the guidance of academician Song and ask for more advice and improvement, so as to further improve our R & D level and professional ability.
