In order to further strengthen the exchange and cooperation between schools and enterprises and broaden the social practice platform of college students, Professor Hou of Plant Protection College of Nanjing Agricultural University visited the group on July 14. The Group Human Resources Center warmly received a visit.

       At about 9 a.m., the visiting party arrived at the group headquarters. They first visited the group 's exhibition hall, experienced more than 20 years of development history, culture and talent construction of Hailer, understood the future development strategy and layout of Hailer, and appreciated Hailer 's cultural soft power. At about 10 : 30, the visiting party came to the group 's R & D center to visit, and highly praised the differentiated demonstration of the group 's products and advanced analytical and testing instruments. Subsequently, a group of people walked into the Teng Runxiang testing center. The rigorous and advanced evaluation system and analytical testing methods, first-class R & D team and advanced precision instruments and equipment left a deep impression on the visiting group. At 14 : 30 p.m., the two sides had a friendly discussion on the 6 th floor of the group headquarters. At the symposium, the group warmly welcomed the arrival of the visiting party and warmly invited people with lofty ideals to join ; the visiting teacher highly praised Hailer 's development in recent years and expressed his expectation of deepening school-enterprise cooperation. Subsequently, the group representatives signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing Agricultural University. This is another important milestone in the cooperation between the two sides since November 2015, when Nanjing Agricultural University gave a plaque to Haier 's employment and internship base.  
       This visit reflects the vision of Nanjing Agricultural University and Hailer, as ' old friends ', to continuously strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and realize complementary advantages sharing, which lays a good foundation for Hailer 's advocacy of attracting talents with strong magnetic field and school-enterprise cooperation through train.
