In order to promote the party and the national safety production principles and policies, popularize safety production laws and regulations and safety knowledge, respond to the joint deployment of the State Council Security Committee Office and the Emergency Management Department, further advocate the company 's " safety is the day " survival concept, and create a company 's " everyone learns safety, everyone will be safe " safety production atmosphere, the group organized and launched a safety month series of activities in June, which was organized by the group 's HSE Department and the Human Development Department. The safety knowledge competition with the theme of " individual meeting emergency " was held at 13 : 30 p.m.on June 29 in the conference room on the eighth floor of the group headquarters.

      This competition is composed of Shandong Hailir factory team, Qingdao Kaiyuanxiang factory team, Qingdao Audis factory team, Qingdao Hailir factory team, Hengning factory team, group headquarters team ( including R & D center, Teng Runxiang ), each of which selects 8 employees to form 6 teams. Group President Ge Jiacheng, Group Chief Engineer and R & D Center Director Wang Liangqing, Group Preparation Production Director Yang Yong, Chief Executive Officer and Minister of Administration Tan Changyan, Group Human Resources Director Shi Changguo, Group Quality Management Director Xu Mei, Shandong Hailir Chemical Co., Ltd.Management Committee Director Feng Hong, Qingdao Hengning Biotechnology Co., Ltd.General Manager Mao Zhijian, Kaiyuan Xiangchang Director Fang Leihua, Qingdao Odis Factory Director Sun Fubao, Teng Runxiang General Manager Yan Wanjing and other leaders attended the event and served as judges. The heads of the factories were present to help the team members refuel, and the staff representatives of the group headquarters observed and studied on the spot.  
       Before the meeting, Zhu Qingfeng, safety manager of HSE Department of the group, carried out safety case study and sharing and warm-up before the game, and hoped that everyone could increase safety knowledge in-depth learning and improve safety management level through the game.  
       In the warm applause, the game kicked off. The game is divided into three parts : necessary answers, rush answers, and risk questions. The rounds are carried out in turn. The players cooperate in an orderly manner and compete every second. The wonderful answers can see the serious preparation of the players before the game. The host 's ' beautiful, plus 20 points ! 'Right answer, plus 30 points ! Hearing the voices of ' No.1 violation / No.5 foul, deducting 10 points ' and ' I 'm sorry, wrong answer ', everyone was deeply sorry. The wrong team members cheered and encouraged each other in addition to their frustration. The audience was also calm and focused, and the atmosphere was tense. At the same time, applause, shouting and laughter erupted from time to time. From time to time, group leaders have performed brilliantly for some.

    In the warm applause, the on-site judges gave awards to the winning team members, and at the same time, the on-site awards were also given to the winners of the previous safety essay competition. Sun Zhengzheng, the winner of the first prize for safety essay, from Hengning Factory, spoke on behalf of the winner. Sun Zhengzheng shared his own safety work experience and encouraged everyone to be grateful for the platform, learn and grow, and pass on Hailir 's positive energy.

       Finally, in the warmest applause, the group president made a summary speech. The president congratulated the winners and praised the achievements of the teams represented by the Odis factory. President  pointed out that safety month is an important node for rapid and centralized promotion of safety. With the help of safety month, the safety situation and requirements should be conveyed to everyone 's consciousness and transformed into everyone 's action. President  stressed that to ensure safety in all personnel, all time and all aspects, everyone needs to improve their skills, knowledge and mentality, so that knowledge and operation can be fully mastered and applied, and the unity of knowledge and practice can be realized.
