On January 2, RuiYun Chu, deputy director of Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture,awarded JiaCheng Ge,President of Hailir, pesticide production license making Hailir the first owner of pesticide production license in Shandong province.Qingdao Audis bio.tech.co.,ltd, a subsidiary of Hailir becomes the second one to obtain the pesticide production license in Shandong province. Wenjun,sun, the director of Shandong Pesticide Verification Institute,Yaozhong zhang, the deputy director of Shandong Pesticide Verification Institute, Wujie Yang, director of Pesticide Management Department of Shandong Province, Yansi Yin, deputy director of Pesticide Management Department of Shandong Province and other leaders attended the ceremony.

The newly revised "Regulations on Pesticide Management" came into effect on June 1, 2017. Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture conducted the management of pesticide administrative licensing in accordance with relevant regulations. During the appraisal, the group of experts believed that the two factories in Hailir and Audis meet the conditions of production licenses promulgated by the new regulations with well regulated management and compelling materials, making them the first and the second enterprise in Shandong Province to obtain the pesticide production license.
